Return and Exchange Policy
Shipping & Returns
1. Most of our outfits are made-to-order, we usually take between 3-5 days to make the outfits from scratch and dispatch.
2. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will Message/WhatsApp/email you the tracking details.
3. We have a 7 days return policy from the date of delivery. For initiating returns, you can do it here.
4. In case of customisation in length or size of our garments, the products become non-returnable.
5. We do not do style customisation.
6. In case of refund, the delivery charges are non-refundable.

International Shipping
1. International shipping is $30 approx (Rs. 2,500/-). This does not include custom duties levied at the destination country.
2. Custom duties/taxes/charges can be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. If custom duties are imposed, the customer is liable for clearance of the charges.
3. All orders are dispatched in 3-4 business days of receiving the order. The delivery timeline may vary depending upon the pin code of the delivery. You will receive a mail with your tracking id as soon as the order is dispatched.
4. No return/exchange on international orders. We would recommend you to talk to the customer care for any queries regarding sizing so that your garment fits you perfectly. You can connect with us here - customercare@shopstaple.in
Charges to take note:
1. Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases will incur an additional Rs. 100 charge (non refundable), applicable to orders below Rs. 7,000.
3. A Rs. 100 fee will be applied to return orders to cover logistics.
4. For exchanges, a Rs. 150 charge will be levied to cover the basic to-and-fro logistics.
Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available for orders exceeding Rs. 7,000.
Note for Pick up Requests
- Each pick-up request will be attempted once from our end to your registered address.
- Any failure to handover the item will be considered as denied by the customer.
- If the customer wishes to continue with the pickup, they can place a request to our customer care from their end.
- These requests will be chargeable at Rs.100 to cover the to and fro logistics as the company is charged by delivery partners even when a pick up is cancelled.
We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at customercare@shopstaple.in and we will get back to you.
In case of damage :
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else Shop Staple will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end, repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.
